1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PicoTools at picotools.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

PicoTools provides browser-based file processing tools. All tools run entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers. We offer a free tier (5 uses per month, shared across all tools) and a Pro subscription (unlimited uses) for €10/month.

3. Free tier

Free users receive 5 tool uses per month, shared across all tools. The counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Free uses are non-transferable and cannot be carried over.

4. Pro subscription

Pro subscribers receive unlimited tool uses for €10/month, billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled at our discretion. Contact hello@picotools.xyz with any billing issues.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the usage limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Use automated tools to consume the service at scale

6. Your files

All file processing happens locally in your browser. We do not access, store, or transmit your files. You retain full ownership of any files you process using PicoTools.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

PicoTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that processing results will be accurate for all file types. Always keep backups of important files.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicoTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
